FOCUS-Do you notice how we are spread from one edge of our lives to the other? We are constantly, going twenty directions. Why do we do this? Are we overachievers? Feel like we are failing if we cannot do it all? Hope that if we do enough things something will work? This month I want this letter to really FOCUS on some important things: US, WE, TOGETHER, NETWORKING.
1. Mansfield Women’s Division’s Monthly Luncheon-May 21, 2009 at 11:30 at the Walnut Creek Country Club. We have the privilege to hear anchorwoman, Karen Borta from Channel 11 speak to us about being an “Anchormom”. KTVT has allowed us to hear this story at no fee so please do not miss this opportunity to come to the luncheon and invite friends.
2. MAY 11, 2009-Mansfield Women’s Division After Hours-5-7pm at Biancos located at 2771 E. Broad Street, Mansfield. Bring $5 and your favorite bottle of wine or beer.
3. TOUR OF HOMES-Please plan on staying after the luncheon on May 21st if you would like to be part of this great event.
Instead of bombarding you with a million things this month I thought we could concentrate on these few. This month I decided to KISS-Keep It Simple Silly! There is a great amount of work that goes into all of these events so support them and ENJOY-this is for YOU!
FOCUS-a central point, as of attraction, attention, or activity
Is there more? Of course, but our hope is that we pack the house with this luncheon and that is the FOCUS for MAY-come to lunch!
As always thank you for the opportunity to serve as your president. It is a wonderful growing experience and I am learn more every day-AND I LOVE IT!
Focused on You,
Lezlee Liljenberg
President
